2016 Very Fine Table Vintage
A classic GSM from Red Mountain is a treat and right away you notice a lot of dark blackberry, cherry, and black pepper. Spice, fruit, vanilla, cocoa, and a touch of lemon zest, jasmine and cumin create such a complex aroma that it’s hard to stop smelling it. The palate has some up-front acidity which is balance by a soft and full mid-palate with dark fruit flavors.

"Luxurious and breathaking vintage of this generation and years to come! Cecil Fine will be proud on what his grandson achieved!"
- Wine Enthusiast, Rick Fine
The length is short and spicy, with a bit of elegance.A classic Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon, true to varietal character, with appealing, earthy aromas and flavors, including a streak of graphite, dark cherry, blackberry and a hint of dried herbs. Well-structured with plenty of backbone, like an Old-World Cab but with the focused concentration of a New World wine. Enjoy with lamb and beef with a side of asparagus.
